A bouquet is flowers tied together so the person who gets it can set them straight into a vase. We tie ours in a spiral so the stems support each other and the shape holds when they hit the water. It's a simple thing, but it's the part most grocery-store bunches get wrong.

• 2. Tell us where it's going. Give us the address, the delivery date, and your note. Allergies? Let us know and we'll skip the high-pollen stems.
• 3. Order before noon for same-day. We deliver between 10 AM and 6 PM in Salt Lake City and Park City.

Our hand-tied bouquets start at $65 for the Modern Minimalist, $95 for the Lush Garden, and $150 for the Grand Statement. Adding a vase converts your bouquet into a designed arrangement. Same-day hand delivery is available in Salt Lake City and Park City on orders placed before noon. For exact pricing on a special request, call us and we'll quote it straight.

Caring for your bouquet

When the bouquet arrives, unwrap it, re-cut the stems about an inch at an angle, and set them in clean water. Change the water daily and keep them out of direct sun and away from heater or AC vents. That's most of it. Many of our bouquets also dry well — hang one upside down in a dark, dry spot for a couple of weeks and you'll keep it.
